Apple becomes world's largest cellphone maker by revenue

Apple is now the biggest cellphone maker in the world, at least in terms of revenue, says research group Strategy Analytics. The company announced its second-quarter results yesterday, in which iPhone revenue alone amounted to $11.9 billion. Nokia, the former number one, has seen its revenue fall to $9.4 billion, Reuters observes.
