New class action suit adds to complaints over app payments

Apple is once again coming under legal fire for its approach to in-app purchases. A Pennsylvania man, Garen Maguerian, has reportedly filed a new class action suit, accusing Apple of being negligent in managing in-app purchases. It can be too easy for children to make in-app purchases of virtual goods while their parents are unaware, the suit argues.
