While the core text from Nikonisti has been retracted, copies archived online have confirmed that it would use the 16.2-megapixel sensor of the D7000 while getting the newly upgraded swiveling screen. Earlier slips had pointed to it keeping the costs down using the 11-point autofocus of the D3100 but still having 1080p video.
