Sony chief Sir Howard Stringer detailed more plans beyond just iPhone cameras at the start of the new week with remarks backing the existence of the company's S1 tablet. He told Japan's Nikkei BP Monday that the company had an Android 3.0 tablet in development. Few other details were available, but he expected the tablet to reach the US first, breaking with Sony's usual Japan-first tradition, and that it would ship by late summer.
