HP's Stephen DeWitt has blasted Apple for its lack of partner relationships with potential developers on the iOS platform. The executive, who works as the senior vice president of the company's Americas Solutions Partners Organization, suggests that the webOS platform will benefit from a vastly different approach that focuses on building channel partnerships.
