Robocast sues Apple over 'TV-style web content' patents

Another company has filed suit in court, accusing Apple of stealing ideas that were later used to make successful products. In this case, Damon Torres and his company Robocast, a former Microsoft TV developer, claim that Apple TV and iTunes infringe on its patent related to "automated browsing" of Web content in a television-style format.
