Google on Tuesday completely reworked its core mobile app for iPhone and iPod owners. Now rebadged as Google Search (free, App Store, the app focuses on a new toolbar allows much more control over the results. A swipe gesture before or after the search brings up the bar and allows limiting results to media, social content and other categories added since the original Google Mobile App arrived.
