AT&T takes online iPad 2 orders at 4AM, Verizon retail only

Both AT&T and Verizon on Thursday locked in last-minute release plans for the iPad 2. AT&T said it would join Apple in offering online orders but would start at 4AM Eastern. Its plans remain identical, but unlike last year now have the option of a tablet subscription plan for those who need more than what prepaid will offer.
