With the announcement of the iPad 2 this week, Apple's online store has dropped prices even further on their refurbished iPads, which now start at $399 for the 16GB Wi-Fi capable iPad. The 32GB Wi-Fi iPad and 64GB Wi-Fi iPad are also on the list for $499 and $599 respectively.
