Mojang is working on an iPhone and iPad version of Minecraft, according to the developer's founder, Markus "Notch" Persson. The port is being coded by a new addition to Mojang, Aron Neiminen, and should be released later this year. Persson warns, however, that the iOS app will not be updated to match the PC web or download versions of the game feature-for-feature. Instead, only features that "make sense" will be carried over.
