We just got a first hands-on with the Huawei S7, a 7-inch Android tablet which will be priced at $300. Huwaei was unable to provide us with any information beyond pricing, but here's what we've gathered. The 7-inch touch screen is capacitive, and the unit we played with was running a slightly customized skin on top of Android 2.2 (FroYo). Build quality is solid and the device is satisfyingly thin an light. There are cameras front and back and a microSD card slot and a docking port on the bottom edge.
