Luxion updates ray-tracer Keyshot to 2.2

Building on improvements made to its high-speed ray-tracing software in October, Luxion has announced v2.2 of KeyShot, updating support and import pipelines for the latest versions of other 3D software (SolidWorks 2011, CATIA v5, SketchUp 8 and Autodesk's AutoCAD and Inventor) and improving rendering times using Advanced Materials by up to a factor of 15. The free update also incorporates enhanced interaction with objects in real-time, and other improvements.
