AMD on Monday held a low-profile launch for three new mid-range Radeon HD desktop video cards destined for computer builders. The Radeon HD 6450, 6570 and 6670 have the same DirectX 11 (OpenGL 4) features and GDDR5 memory support as their larger counterparts but have been trimmed back to reduce the cost and fit in tighter space. The Radeon HD 6670 is the flagship with 480 stream (effects) processors, a 128-bit memory bus, an 800MHz main clock and either 512MB or 1GB of 1GHz GDDR5 memory.
