Verizon took steps to reassure anxious subscribers after an unearthed noticed revealed it might throttle frequent users of its 3G and 4G networks. PR spokesman Jeffrey Nelson told BBR that the measure hadn't actually taken effect and might not ever be implemented. The document was simply Verizon staking out the possibility if it was needed for future subscribers, Nelson said.
