Apple changing in-app rules for publications March 31st

Apple's modification of an existing policy is closing a loophole that allowed publishers to sell subscriptions or issues outside the App Store, now requiring that any such offers must also be made available through the App Store in-app purchase rules. Publications that do not do so will start being rejected beginning March 31st, reports The Wall Street Journal.
