Apple says it hasn't changed App Store rules, it's just enforcing them

Apple on Tuesday spoke out on its rejection of the Sony e-reader application from its iOS App Store, stating that it has not changed its guidelines for software, but is enforcing a preexisting rule about in-application purchases.
