Following a short public beta period, Singular Software has announced the availability of DualEyes for Mac, a standalone audio/video sync utility. While today's iPhones and digital SLRs can capture high-quality video, their audio often leaves a lot to be desired. The usual solution to this problem is to record the audio separately, and then laboriously try to marry them back together in editing. DualEyes takes video clips with poor native audio and higher-quality audio recordings and synchronizes them for use with almost any video-editing software.
