HTC has set out to boost its standing in retail with word that it's launching its own retail stores. Starting with a location in Taipei's 3C Industry Center, the company plans to open over 100 stores both in Taiwan and in mainland China to drive sales. The stores will borrow a cue from Apple's and include both repairs as well as regular classes and on-the-spot learning.
