Now available through QNAP and its resellers is the new TS-419U+, a 1U rack-mountable NAS server that is part of the the company's Turbo NAS lineup, featuring up to four hot-swappable SATA hard drives of up to 8TB total capacity. The unit supports both 2.5- and 3.5-inch drives and can be configured in various RAID or JBOD systems and also supports iSCSI target service with Thin Provisioning and works with Windows, Macintosh, Linux and UNIX environments.
