Apple CEO Jobs is fourth-highest "wealth creator"

Steve Jobs moved up a remarkable 31 spots in this year's Fortune magazine's rankings of the top "wealth creators," meaning company CEOs who operate their companies the most profitably compared to their risk-adjusted capital costs. Jeffrey Boyd, the CEO of Priceline.com took the top spot, followed by Aflac's Daniel Amos, Federated Investors' J. Christopher Donahue, then Jobs.
