UK provider 3 on Tuesday promised it would offer unlimited mobile web access, instead of the current industry practice to cap and charge overages. Some analysts believe that if the move from Britain's fourth largest carrier gives it market share, others will follow suit, the International Herald Tribune claimed on Tuesday.
