The gathering at the St. Regis Yerba Buena Terrace in downtown San Francisco is expected to bring Project Titan, a full web-based e-mail client that would give users their own @facebook.com addresses. The initial form may be rough, TechCrunch claimed, but it may also explain a fight between Google and Facebook that has since seen Facebook implement a 'hack' to get Google contacts even after a ban; a new mail client could undermine Gmail.
