TARMA offers iOS corporate management features

Device management has arrived for corporate iPad and iPhone use, as equinux has released its TARMAC 1.3, featuring Mobile Device Management for iOS 4. The TARMAC software, which connects iOS devices to enterprise networks, now allows IT managers to set up, register and maintain corporate iPads and iPhones wirelessly. Once set up, IT admins can push updated user profiles, change settings or remotely wipe the iOS devices. In the case of a lost device, IT can lock the device, reset the password and clear all data on the iPhone or iPad.
