Wi-Gear chief Mark Pundsack today dismissed claims of an Apple acquisition. He didn't deny that co-founder Michael Kim had left to become an iOS Bluetooth Engineer at Apple but said the company had gone out of business solely due to a lack of funds. The wireless headphone maker and its intellectual property were "still available for sale," Pundsack told Macworld.
