The NHL launched a three-prong effort to get live games on to digital media hubs by offering its GameCenter Live broadcasts on multiple new platforms. Boxee's Mac and Windows apps, the Boxee Box, the PS3 and Roku players now have access to live, streaming hockey games, on-demand versions for 48 hours later and the roughly 500 full games and other condensed games in the league's archive.
