Prices for the Mac mini have been slashed in many regions around the world, Apple is said to have confirmed. Macerkopf notes that in Germany, for example, the cost of a base-level 2.4GHz Mini with a 320GB hard drive has fallen €100 to sit at €709. A Snow Leopard Server edition of the computer now starts at €999, as compared to a previous €1,149.
