Gateway this morning reworked its FHD and FHX displays to get a significant makeover, including one big break from traditional design. The FHD2303L has a rare asymmetric neck and a very thin base that creates the appearance that the display is floating in mid-air. It and the others are based on TN panels but run at a native 1080p and are LED backlit with a very high 12,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio and 250cd/m2 brightness.
