Apple TV launch hit with delays

Deliveries of the new Apple TV are being pushed back, according to notifications received by MacNN and other parties. The set-top was originally scheduled to ship by the end of September, but Apple now says that due to a "delay," it "may have not been able to meet our [Apple's] delivery commitment." Refunds are being issued for shipping costs in some cases.
