Apple supply manager proposes bond of over $600,000

Apple supply manager Paul Shin Devine, accused of taking kickbacks from suppliers, has proposed a bond of $612,407 taken from foreign bank accounts in order secure a temporary release from jail. Pledged as collateral is the equity of Devine's home near San Francisco, and the home of his mother, located in Maryland. Defense lawyer Raphael Goldman claims that most conditions for release have been met.
