All of Best Buy's 1,093 US stores will carry the iPad as of September 26th, according to an announcement. At present the retailer is only offering the device through the Apple Shops in 673 outlets. Prices are very marginally higher than Apple's own, for instance $499.99 for a 16GB Wi-Fi model, instead of $499 flat. A 3G tablet from Best Buy costs a minimum of $629.99.
