As part of a press event, Apple today revealed iOS 4.1, the latest version of its handheld firmware. The update will a number of changes, most notably the introduction of Game Center, Apple's Xbox Live-like gaming service. Users can set up multiplayer matches via challenges or automatic pairing, or else take advantage of more passive features such as score comparison or the discovery of new games.
