Apple claims Steve Jobs conversation was fabricated

Apple's public relations department has reportedly refuted the authenticity of an alleged conversation between Steve Jobs and a frustrated customer. The correspondence, which was posted by the Boy Genius Report, quoted Jobs as accusing the irate customer of "getting all worked up over a few days of rumors" related to reception problems with the iPhone 4.
