Walmart aims at selling iPad before end of 2010

Walmart should begin selling the iPad later this year, if all goes according to plan, says the company's senior VP of entertainment for US stores, Gary Severson. Potential pricing remains a secret, though the retailer will likely try to at least marginally undercut other retailers, including Apple. Severson notes that Walmart is announcing a major electronics expansion, which should include more HDTVs, Blu-ray players, cellphones and routers.
