The analyst cites "industry and supply chain checks," which indicate that Mac sales are doing well as a result of the recent MacBook Pro refresh. This introduced Core i5 and i7 processors into Apple notebooks, while also extending battery life to between 8 and 10 hours. It looks like Apple could post its third consecutive quarter of 20+ percent year-over-year unit growth, Wu remarks.
