Intel's 25 nanometer solid-state drives will include 1.8-inch ultraportable SSDs with nearly double the capacity available today, a leak on Wednesday revealed. While the current drives top out at 160GB, the much more efficient 25nm process should provide for 300GB of capacity even in the smaller form factor. A 160GB version would also replace both the 80GB and 160GB 34nm drives available today.
