The effects of a raid on Gizmodo editor Jason Chen's home could soon be reversed, says Gawker Media lawyer Thomas Burke. The attorney claims to have been in talks with the local district attorney's office for roughly a week, and suggests that within days, the warrant used to seize Chen's computers could instead be treated "more like a subpoena." Instead of having access to all of Chen's information, investigators would have to request specific information from Gizmodo.
