LG Display tripling OLED capacity in 2011

LG Display said today that it would triple its capacity to make OLED displays by the second half of 2011. It plans to spend the equivalent of $225.7 million on a new production facility that should be ready in the summer and will ramp up over time to reach the full production levels next year. Specific products for the OLED screens weren't a part of the plans.
