Apple shows first iPad ad; Jobs at the event

Apple during tonight's Oscar ceremony showed the first iPad commercial. The short promo more closely reflects the tone of recent iPhone ads and focuses on the interface, much of which reflects that which the company demonstrated in late January. It reiterates the April 3rd launch date without a new slogan.
