iPad network settings revealed

We've enabled a few of the Network System Preferences including getting Tethering settings working with some help from @sonny788 Interestingly, you can see below that tethering by Bluetooth or USB is one of the options.  There is absolutely no chance AT&T allows this to stay the same way for launch, right?
