The new SDK for the iPad released yesterday brings many new fetures:
There are some advanced options for managing desktop screen and photos. There are many features indicting the support of a camera able to generate photos/videos. Hardware detection routines are there and corresponding icons to accept or reject video call invitation are also included.
During the keynote, we were already thinking that the model used for the demo was not necessarily the final one, and we think it might be indeed true. It seems quite clear today, that a camera (integrated or added as a BTO) could be connected to the iPad in a near future, and Apple might decide to integrate it with its first generation to push competitors further down and to give customers more features and options on the iPad.
