Filed under: DopingLAUSANNE, Switzerland (AP) -- IOC president Jacques Rogge is confident that out-of-competition testing and work with Canadian authorities will stamp out drug cheats at the Vancouver Games.Rogge said Thursday that the lessons of the last two Winter Olympics proved the effectiveness of surprise doping controls and police action when needed.
