Kodak announced it will sue Apple and RIM. Once again, the claim is related to a software patent (only valid in USA) and aims with the way to preview images. Kodak claims it has tried during years to find an agreement with both companies, but at the end only the legal action remained. There are already 30 other companies that purchased a license from Kodak, including all mobile phone manufacturers. So, the legal action is the normal ends for Kodak, as Apple and RIM refused to pay. With all those actions launched again Apple, the company will have to increase its legal department
