T-Mobile and Google have acknowledged an ongoing problem with 3G quality on the Nexus One. Following complaints, the two are "investigating" the issue and are asking customers to check on the exact behavior, including whether or not the phone has 3G at all, drops to EDGE (2G) or has had its problems fixed through a software solution. T-Mobile is also asking anyone with another 3G phone on its network to try side-by-side tests.
