France Telecom/Orange deputy chief executive Stephane Richard will be all across the Apple world today, after seemingly confirming Apple’s tablet is on the way. (Video after the break).
Speaking to Europe 1 radio Monday, the conversation (in poor translation) ran so:

Stéphane Richard: "Yes"
Jean Pierre Elkabbach: "Is that Orange users will also benefit"
