Nokia vs. Apple: Act III

This on-going legal battle is slowly turning crazy between Apple and Nokia. The latest just launched a THIRD lawsuit against Apple for patent infringement related to several technologies (webcam, touchscreen, energy management, user interface etc) and targeting the following products from Apple: iPhones 3GS, 3G, iPod Touch, iPod nano, iPod classic, iMac, Macbook, MacBook Pro, Mac mini, MacBook Air and Mac Pro! In other words, everything but keyboards! It is quite clear that most of those, so claimed, stolen technologies from Nokia are also used in other computers, but the mobile phone designer is on purpose targeting Apple, most likely expecting to hit the company to slow down the success of the iPhone, the real goal of those actions. It will take years for the justice, and money for both companies to pay lawyers, to find a solution to this dispute.
