The M&A Companion Touch fuses a netbook and a Tablet PC in one 2.8-pound convertible designed for the elementary classroom. But the result fails to distinguish itself as a kid-friendly netbook, and its uncooperative touchscreen and slightly high price don't deliver on value and features.
