Apple issued a firmware update today for the 5th generation (current) iPod nano. Fixes include (but not limited to):
fixed normal/slower/faster audio podcast playback
Genius Mixes now work with Nike+iPod
issue with headphone controls when using Voice Over
The update can be downloaded by Nano owners through iTunes.
