Nokia has just launched a massive recall of their chargers for mobile phones. It is nearly 14 million units that will need to be exchanged. These chargers have a weakness with the plastic casing that insulates them and that can easily fall apart, exposing the components and thus being able to cause electrocutions. Note that this problem was discovered during quality control (but late with 14 million products already out in the wild) however, so far, nobody has been electrocuted. The chargers in question were sold between June 15 and on August 9, 2009.
