Japanese memory and storage device maker Buffalo has doubled the maximum capacity of its tiny RUF2-PS series thumbkey USB flash drives from 8GB to 16GB. The low-profile USB drives stick out of the USB connections by less than a fifth of an inch (5mm) and are also available in 2GB, 4GB and 8GB capacities.
