Toshiba updates low-end U305 laptops, puts Penryn in the high-end
Filed under: CES, LaptopsToshiba's really trickling out the laptop updates at CES this year, and today we've got some spec bumps for the U305 series. The new $949 U305-S2804 checks in wth a 1280x800 13.3-inch screen, 1.66GHz T5450 Core 2 Duo, X3100 integrated graphics, 2GB of RAM, a 160GB disk, dual-layer-burner, integrated WiFi, and built-in webcam, while the U305-S2812 bumps things up to a 1.83GHz T5550 Core 2 Duo and 250GB disk, and adds in Bluetooth and a fingerprint reader.
